Venture building and growth-stage companies
Built and launched a venture studio model at Spring Studios, helping deploy around $10m across 16 startups in MENA across AI, fintech and enterprise SaaS. Strong familiarity with the realities of early-stage and growth-stage businesses, from strategy and execution through to operating structure, partnerships and internal delivery.
UX, product and visualisation
Designed and built complex user-facing products, including simulator.00aud.io: a browser-based acoustic simulation tool with rich charting, visualisation and interaction design. Strong focus on making technically complex systems usable, clear and well structured.
AI and agentic systems
Designed and built systems that pull together information from multiple tools, generate useful internal insight, and support conversational multi-step workflows. Interested in AI where it helps a business operate better, not where it just adds noise.
Systems, data and operational flow
Worked across CRM, communications, reporting and internal tooling to join up fragmented systems, normalise data, enrich records from external sources, and make operating workflows more consistent and usable.
Regulated and compliance-aware environments
Experience working in and around regulated environments including open banking, fintech, AI and recruitment. Comfortable operating with the constraints that come with regulated data, process and infrastructure, including familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 style environments.
Internal tooling and commercial operations
Built tools and workflows that reduce manual work, improve internal visibility, and support better follow-through across BD, delivery and day-to-day operations.
